Who is responsible

Kauã Vitor Ignotti de Souza, who works under the name Ignotti, is the controller of the personal data processed on this site. For anything about privacy, write to privacidade@ignotti.com.

What data is processed, and why

• What you write in the contact form — name, email, project type, budget range, timeline, and message —, to reply and put together a proposal.
• Your IP address, only during submission, to limit repeated attempts and block bots. It is not stored.
• Aggregated, anonymous statistics of visits, without cookies, to understand how the site is used.
• Your preferences, such as light or dark theme and page motion, stored only in your browser. They never leave your device.

Legal basis

Contact is processed for the preliminary steps of a contract you requested (Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), art. 7, V). The form’s security and the aggregated statistics rely on legitimate interest (art. 7, IX). That’s why there is no consent checkbox: consent is not the legal basis here.

Who the data is shared with

With the services that make the site work, and only with them:

• Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, bot verification (Turnstile), and email routing.
• Umami — aggregated statistics, without cookies.
• Google — Gmail, where the form’s messages arrive.

These services may process data on servers outside Brazil (international transfer, LGPD art. 33). No data is sold or used for advertising.

For how long

Messages stay only in the mailbox: the site has no database. A message that doesn’t turn into a project is deleted within 12 months. The IP address is not stored.

Cookies and browser storage

The site does not create cookies. On the contact page, bot verification may use a strictly necessary technical cookie for security. The browser’s local storage holds only your preferences. Since there is no tracking, there is no cookie banner.

Your rights

Under the LGPD (art. 18), you may request, at any time:

• confirmation that your data is being processed, and access to it;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
• anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data;
• portability of your data;
• information about who it was shared with.

Just write to privacidade@ignotti.com. The reply comes within 15 days.

Security

The site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), does not store messages in a database, and checks every submission against bots and excessive attempts. Access to the mailbox where messages arrive is restricted to the controller.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
